I have learnt more ways to meditate and to help stop panic attacks. It has helped me to be accepting of myself and the letter we wrote for when we are feeling down has really helped. It has made a large difference ion how I see myself and how I can help myself.
These sessions have helped me with school and sometimes home. For example this has helped by making me more calmer in classes and more relaxed – anon aged 13
I have learnt how to deal with anxiety. I am really going to miss this so much. It has been so much fun. I have made so many new friends and I felt like I belong. Anon aged 13
